With the Electronic Press Service, a press box and/or an event in the press conference room, you can reach more than 10,000 accredited journalists before und during the Frankfurt Book Fair, who communicate your news and information worldwide.
If you use the Frankfurt Book Fair's Electronic Press Service, you have an electronic press box at your disposal in which, apart from standard press releases, you can publish your list, photographs and as many pieces of information as you like.
You upload the relevant files over a secure connection at www.book-fair.com, making them available to accredited journalists for their searches at the Frankfurt Book Fair website.
In addition, your press releases will be e-mailed automatically once a week - and, during the Frankfurt Book Fair, every day - to those editorial offices and journalists who have registered online and have subscribed to this service. At the moment, approximately 2,700 journalists receive e-mails in this way according to the areas of interest they have given upon registration.
You have access to the electronic press box after login.
You can book a standard press box for the duration of the Frankfurt Book Fair and thus reach more than 11,900 journalists who come to the Book Fair and get your information material from the press boxes.
You supply your press material - we ensure that your box is marked with your company name and is filled at all times.
The press conference room in the Press Centre in Hall 6.2 is available for your press events - directly in the journalists' working area.
The room is equipped with seating for 80 people as well as with a podium, microphones, a screen and TV equipment.The room can be hired for 320,- euros + VAT per hour (half an hour each for set-up and breakdown are included in the price). We are pleased to help you with your order of further equipment or catering services.
