In the Forum, Level 1 at the Frankfurt Book Fair, the Guest of Honour introduced itself in an exhibition hall of its own with an area for events. Chinese publishing companies and the professional programme were in Hall 6.0.

Numerous exhibitions in Frankfurt and the surrounding region, as well as concerts, dance performances, film and art, provided a colourful picture of China and its people.
