Our customers use the Calendar of Events to publicise their events relating to the Frankfurt Book Fair and being held between July and the end of the fair: career training, readings, interviews, book presentations, panel discussions and receptions.

Searches
The Calendar of Events is a publicly accessible listing on the Frankfurt Book Fair website. Customers are themselves responsible for the entry of their events. The Frankfurt Book Fair accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete event details.

Using the extended search, you can look in detail for the names of participants, organisers, topic areas, types of events and/or languages.

Special Service: after sending off a search, you will see the entry area “My Calendar of Events”. Here, choose whether you want to save just a selection of your search results or the entirety of search results in pdf format.

Entry and editing
This service is reserved for exhibitors at the Frankfurt Book Fair and the respective Guest of Honour. Via their log-in to “My Book Fair”, exhibitors can enter their events and give their chosen keywords. All events are checked over and activated by the Frankfurt Book Fair. Event entries are included in the print version of the Calendar of Events (please note the deadline!). This is then distributed at the exhibition site.
