Table Registration
Take advantage of our online table registration system.
Every company with a customer number and an online administrator has access to table registrations. The registered online administrator is the only person in the company who is entitled to register for a table. In doing so, he or she enters into contract with the Frankfurt Book Fair.
There is no problem in combining a booking for a table in the LitAg with a stand reservation.
If you have never had a table at the Frankfurt Book Fair or have been absent from the LitAg for several years consecutively: please contact your account manager before making your online table registration.
The table registration option can be accessed under “Company Data - Register Table”. Registrations for next year's Frankfurt Book Fair are available as from the first day of the current Book Fair.
If you wish to continue with details from the previous year and make only minor amendments, you can copy in the table registration from the year before.
Table registration in five easy steps
Step 1: Addresses and contact person
Enter the address of your company, both delivery and invoice address if required. We need the name of a contact person for the Frankfurt Book Fair in the company.
Step 2: Number and position of tables - staffers present
Do you want just one or several tables? Would you like your table in a different position from the previous year? Do you want a particular table number? Which of your company staffers will be working in the LitAg?
Step 3: Description in the Frankfurt Book Fair catalogues
As from Step 3, you stipulate the presentation of your company entry in the Book Fair print and online Catalogue. The company designation can differ here from the official company name. You can also enter a different address.
Step 4: Positioning in the Catalogue and description
Which sort word do you want to be found under? For example: your company name is Peter Sample Agency. Do you want to be found under “P”, or preferably under “S”? Do you perhaps want to be listed in several sections? Please provide an informative description, so that interested users and potential business partners can identify your company profile quickly and easily.
In Step 5, you check all your entries. You can go back at any time and make corrections. Finally in concluding Step 5, you submit your legally binding table reservation to the Frankfurt Book Fair.
Processing your order may take a few days. You will then receive confirmation by post from your account manager.
