Voucher Exchange for Trade Visitors

Visitors with a voucher for the Frankfurt Book Fair must exchange this for a ticket before entry. You can save time by doing this at “My Book Fair”.

If you are already a registered user of “My Book Fair”, log in and go to “My Personal Data & Services - Online Ticket”. Without registration at “My Book Fair”, you will at least need to go through a shortened registration process.

After entry of the voucher code, a personalised five- or one-day ticket will be made out to you. That is why we need your registration data. After this, you are no longer able to transfer the ticket as issued. Unlike purchased tickets, a voucher ticket does not include use as an RMV ticket on local public transport.

As a special service you can not only exchange your own voucher at “My Book Fair”, but also do so with vouchers for other trade visitors. This does depend, however, on that person being registered too at “My Book Fair” as a trade visitor or exhibitor’s staff with a valid profile.

Once the exchange process is complete, the online ticket is available to you at “My Book Fair” for you to download in PDF format.

Please note that as from 2010, you are always required to exchange your voucher. If you do not register beforehand at “My Book Fair”, it will be necessary to do so at the ticket-office at the Frankfurt Book Fair.
