System Stand
The most affordable way to have your own stand: book one of the Frankfurt Book Fair's system stand modules. A system stand module includes:
- rear walls as per the width of your stand
- 2 side walls as per the depth of your stand
- 4 book shelves per m of wall
- 1 bench cabinet per m of rear wall
- 1 ceiling frame per 4 sqm incl. lighting rail
- support walls for stands > 8 sqm (as structurally required)
- stand nameplate (please indicate on the registration form)
- carpeting: rep, pale grey flecked

It is now easier than ever to order equipment for your stand by booking the package that suits your needs. Now you only have to deal with a single service provider: us. This will save you a lot of time and nerves.
With the "Furniture & Light" and "Image & Sound" packages, you will have the right number of tables and chairs, or the display and DVD player you need for multimedia presentations at your stand. The "Elements & Extras" offer includes practical and decorative fittings that you can add individually to your order. And if you want the easy route to a fully customised stand, let us design it for you as an "Individual & Unique" package!

Choose your Furniture Set
Not too much and not too little: book tables and seating, as well as spotlights for your products. Depending on your needs, the packages are available in S, M, L, XL or XXL.
These packages equate to the furniture sets 1 to 5, which you can book at the same time as registering for a stand. However, you are also welcome to order a package later; simply get in touch with your account manager.

Equipped with Image & Sound
With our "Image & Sound" packages you can add eye-catching multimedia presentation tools to your system stand. In sizes S, M or L, these packages include LCD displays and DVD players, with a notebook as an optional extra.
Or you can order the "Image & Sound iPad" package, which includes a stand-mounted Apple iPad II on which your customers can try out multimedia products for themselves.

Would you prefer an entirely individual design for your stand? With our special "Individual & Unique" offer, we and our architects will roll out the red carpet for you. We'll plan your stand and build it just how you want it, in a way that matches your market presence as well as your budget.
We design your stand based on a personal consultation. Then we send you plans of the layout, with elevations and wall designs, including graphic elements, and a detailed quotation.

To get it easy, we take the furniture & light set which allows us to come to the fair simply with our books and relax. On the day before the fair we spend a few hours organizing our books on the shelves, put some colors on the stand to make it friendly, and we are set.
