For only 1,094 Euros (plus VAT) you can book a fully equipped 4sqm Stand.
Included in the price are: Electricity supply, exhibitor´s pass, entry in Print- and Online catalogue, unlimited usage of all listings such as in the Frankfurt Rights Catalogue. Register now and secure yourself a stand! Please think about registering your co-exhibitor in good time.

You can choose between a system stand or customer-built stand.

The Frankfurt Book Fair offers you a stand module devised on the basis of a prefab exhibition stand system which can be varied according to your requirements.

Online-Registration via Login
If you already have your Login-details, the simplest way to register for a stand is by online-registration.
Every company with a customer number and an online administrator has access to stand registrations. The registered online administrator is the only person in the company who is entitled to register for a stand. In doing so, he or she enters into contract with the Frankfurt Book Fair.
If you have never had a stand at the Frankfurt Book Fair or have not exhibited for several years consecutively: please contact your account manager before making your online stand registration.
If you wish to continue with your details from the previous year and make only minor amendments, you can copy in the stand registration from the year before.
After logging on to "My Book Fair", stand registration can be accessed under "Company Data - Register Stand". Registration for the next year's Frankfurt Book Fair is available as from the first day of the current Book Fair.

Important: List of Keywords
When you register, it is particularly important that you fill in the List of Keywords. We include your entries as search criteria in the online catalogues of the Frankfurt Book Fair (Frankfurt Catalogue, Frankfurt Who's Who, Frankfurt Rights Catalogue). The more detailed your entries, the faster you can be found.

Our Fair Package automatically includes a bundle of services which add flair to your 12 square metre stand and help make your presence at the Fair a success. The Fair Package costs 7,950Euros. A corner stand (if allocation is possible) costs 8,550Euros.

Registration for Online Exhibitors with no stand
Be present in the biggest online catalogues of the trade - 12 months a year.
Are you considering having a stand in Frankfurt but not sure if you are ready yet? Then present your company for 12 months in the Book Fair´s online catalogues at www.book-fair.com.
As an Online Exhibitor your company data will be in the Frankfurt Catalogue, the contact data of your employees will be in the Who's Who and your rights will be presented in the Rights Catalogue.
The registration fee (311€* ) includes a 5-day ticket providing you with full access to the Fair.
